Patricia Mathison is a coach and mentor with a lifetime working experience across the public, private and voluntary sectors with local, national and international organisations. She has held senior management roles first in tourism and later within medical care and then the emergency services. She has a breadth of knowledge and management experience. She has added many life skills in the last nine years and has a strong interest in pastoral care, which is evidenced in her coaching style which could be described as friendly but persistent, in order to see you benefit as a client.
Having mentored for the last eight years and coached informally for many more, Patricia has gained accreditation in coaching practice with the ICF (International Coach Federation) which aims to set the ‘gold standard’ in coaching. Her desire is to set her own gold standard in coaching others throughout the island of Ireland and to work within ICF standards and ethics.
